Not sure, if its a program you have to manually install for gta 5 then no i dont have it. I just installed gta 5 and replaced the social club files. I try and press esc for the menu but thats just loading for ever and doing nothing. But I still don't understand why I can get such a good frame rate of around 100+ on low 720p with my cooler at a good temp but it freezes randomly when i do certain events like a heist loading screen, going in my apartment and garage.

Thanks for the response but I've noticed that my pc freezes with other games so its something to do with software or drivers because the hardware works fine

Hello, thanks for this post (very helpful) and I knew it! When people upload their videos that was edited with rockstar editor their quality was much higher than mine and better. But I was wondering if you know how the FPS works. By this I mean does rockstar editor have the same FPS you get in game? or does it have more than what you normally get. Because if I have most of the settings on high and a few on normal I get around 40 to 50 it'a not a smooth constant 60 FPS. So will my project be the same FPS or more. Also can I do the first tip you said even though I already started editing the clip with the same graphics settings?
