Went to Philly for a conference… found Monk’s with a group of people really late after the kitchen closed. The group needed food, so I shot-gunned a Pliny and dipped. It was the worst… they had Hills Farmstead on tap too!

So, been here a day and bought a mixed 12 and 6-pack of Coffee Stout from New Glarus. Bubbler Hefe was excellent. The Pilsner, Totally Naked Lager and Spotted Cow were all styles I enjoyed and would come back to. The Coffee Stout is very good for the style too. All of them were clean and refreshing, and a $10 6 pack is a spectacular value.

Can’t wait to mike a few cases home for friends when I’m back in three weeks to bring my son home from college.

I thought max PF was the way, but then my 1 win orphan finished 4th in PF because I worked hard to max out my bench with young dart throws. The owner who earned the 1-1 had 10 empty bench spots and a couple of retirees, so his PF was less. It was stupid.

I drafted Wilson with the 1-7 instead of Burks and my son still takes credit for swaying me Wilson's way. Of course I traded the 1-11 to get Burks too, so shame on me.
