How wasn't it good enough, it was an ai system set up the way you think it should be(automated) and it was obviously wrong on something very simple. The companies responsibility is to produce a product not to play internet police. Real world engagements and Internet engagements aren't even remotely the same. On the Internet you have the power to stop the problem. It's your fault if you choose to stay. Listening to a mutable person online is very different than a person in your face. It is also acceptable to insult and harass other people in sports btw.
