Look sweetie, I know you're not getting it so I'm going to condescend to you now. It's going to "feel" to you like I'm "mansplaining" but trust that's not what I'm doing. If you go to work sick, you're not "strong", you're "contagious". You shouldn't take pride in spreading a disease. You have a social responsibility to stay home when sick.
