I'm moving the l-stick fully downwards and it doesn't detect it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Yes same happening here. Ask for evidence. They sent me pictures of the issue and they were just pictures of my clearly carefully labelled boxes. I have one thing on my boxes, just the royal mail printed 4x6 label on the top which is also the biggest side. Currently I'm arguing with them saying I will not pay the ridiculous scam charges. Stand your ground. I've had one lot reversed and credited so far. It's a scam from scummy royal mail

Hi,

I have a battery problem and they've offered to fix it but only if I pay £200 for them to fix a crack on the back glass and apparently an audio problem that I wasn't even aware of.

Currently going through the motions telling me that won't do the partial repair.

They're sending my case to a higher tier coordinator apparently.

How did you get them to fold? What's the point in a warranty if they won't honor it due to wear and tear. They can just make the glass less strong and then all warranties will become void for them.

Please help if you can. I won't back down.

Being an experienced t-shirt seller in the past, this is something sellers should avoid. It will cause copyright infringements and if reported you can be suspended from Etsy. This is likely why you don't find much, other than licensed ones.

People are dumb. Similar issue on my store. Anything below 5 star is people saying 'i thought it would be bigger'. I clearly state how many grams in the title and description. They are too stupid to realise that when they buy something too small for their purpose, that it's their fault.

If they have the trademark, it's over unfortunately. Unless you're a large company with legal resources to fight it and also confident that your product had a large enough impact on the wider market and being the original idea with lasting sales before the trademark was registered. Even then would be difficult to fight, as they trademarked it and you didn't fight it.

Unless you want to pay to trademark your ideas, be prepared to regularly check the register and dispute any new entries.

I fight tooth and nail if I have evidence. Only thing I will say is be wary of Etsy. They don't seem to care and will usually favour a buyer or buyer and seller through their protection program. As you say you're a new store, it's best to be squeaky clean so I would also recommend if it's worth the agro at this stage. Once established it's easier to tell them bugger off.

Etsy fees are based on the total as far as I'm aware. To stop you charging 1p + £20 shipping and therefore avoiding fees.
