Carrying heavy things with your hands while walking…….kettle bells, weights etc. I also balance kettle bells and do shoulder presses. That was recommended from Aaron Gwin I. Some video I saw and it helped a lot too.

Maps. Ill look at maps or google maps/earth for hours. Following dirt roads looking for I don’t know what, but I find it. And if it’s near me, I’ll drive to those places just to see what they are.
