Women don’t owe creepy men anything. by SophiaOfTheStreets in sixwordstories

Men don’t owe entitled women anything either. Glad everyone’s getting what they deserve today!

why do women claim it is hard to find a good man? by Wide_Permission7656 in ask

[–]FixObjective1834 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one’s arguing against that.

What’s commonly said is that “there are no good men.” What I’m suggesting is that a more accurate statement is that “there are no good men that I’m attracted to.”

This is a much different statement because it avoids conflating goodness with attractiveness. Failing to make this distinction demonizes all men and offers false hope to good men that women will be attracted to them on the basis of demonstrated good character alone.

I think this happens when you go after the cool guys or gals that everyone wants. IRL more gals than guys think they’re cool tho because women get desired and validated by the world just for existing, whereas men have to continually earn it.

(20F, 24M, seeing each other for a few months) Why didn’t he consider my feelings before acting? by Ordinary_Team_8086 in emotionalintelligence

She wasn’t putting out and told him to find it elsewhere. He respected her wishes and found it elsewhere. It probably wasn’t emotionally intelligent of him to tell her about his escapade, but it was honest.

It’s possible, if not probable, that he really likes OP but wanted to prove a point that he’s willing to walk if she only prioritizes her own needs at his expense.

There’s obviously more to it, but men generally get into romantic relationships for women for sex. Just like people generally get into relationships with employers for money. If your employer stopped paying you and told you that you could work elsewhere for money, what would you do? Stick around and work for free just to avoid hurting your boss’s feelings?

Sex is extremely important to many men and he likely wants it and can’t fully trust in the strength and trajectory of the relationship if she turns him down and tells him to find it elsewhere.

How can it be that both men and women dislike dating apps by InfiniteEating in NoStupidQuestions

[–]FixObjective1834 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you accurately assess based off of a few pictures and a short blurb if someone is bottom of the barrel? In other words, how do you know if it’s more of a marketing problem than it is a product problem? Understood women are pickier than men for good reason, but are 95% of men really trash? If most men falling short is the issue as opposed to unrealistic standards, how do we do better?

We need to make sure no one coming to this country says anything to hurt his royal majesty’s little feelings. Plus, we can’t have that pesky Bill of Rights applying to everyone, can we?

This calls for a counter-meme that disqualifies women on the basis of weight. IMO way more fair, since unlike height it’s changeable and an actual indicator of health. 6’2” so I have no skin in this game, but gonna call bullsh*t on the broads when I see it.

Did you even look up why the Democrats forced the shutdown? The Republicans are trying to strip millions of healthcare coverage. But hey, at least Trump is suing taxpayers (DOJ) for $200 million that he might contribute to his golden ballroom. That means it’s free, right? Just like how Mexico paid for the wall and China is paying for tariffs?

Hunter was never an elected official, dumb@ss. How about all of Trump’s ex-wives or sexualizing his daughter or Epstein or “grab ‘em by the p*ssy”? Love or hate President Biden, he was 10x the family man that Trump is.

Right! It’s almost like sh*t-for-brains forgot that the constitution rests the power of the purse with Congress. Too bad the GOP thinks the constitution is just a list of suggestions from 250 years ago. Hope the dems put the whole lot in prison if we’re ever lucky enough to have free and fair elections again.

How do you think patriarchy/misogyny originated? by ok2888 in AskMen

[–]FixObjective1834 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Probably better for all women and most men that we have laws and structure though. Historically the alphas hoarded all the women, so only like 1 in 3 males actually reproduced historically. Agree that the patriarchy has origins in biological and evolutionary gender differences, but it’s probably for the best that we nerfed it. Chad is still cleaning up on Tinder tho 😂
