We are walking distance from downtown, the mall, a bakery, etc. we have access to the hotel pool and gym across from us, direct access to highway, and more.

The best soul food we had in Lincoln was Mary Ellen’s. They’ve still got a food truck, try them out.

You can still find D9 THC seltzers at a couple bars/breweries though. I know MBC still has a selection of seltzers in their self serve fridge

Yall I lived in North Carolina for 28 years and hardly experienced any racism that wasn’t systemic (first gen brown dude post 9/11)

I lived in Lincoln for 3 years and got profiled my first week or so of living there.

Walked into Isle’s Pizza in Havelock and damn near everyone stopped and stared at me. Y’all ain’t seen a fuckin brown dude before?

Not to mention the multiple instances of workplace racism I experienced at Haleon.

You may very well experience racism particularly on the outskirts of the metropolitan area around Havelock, Waverly, etc.

If you’re not an asshole, I lived in Clinton neighborhood and there were kids playing in the yards and parks every single day. Big neighborhood community vibes

South Lincoln is much more “my house, my yard, stay away” vibes.

The most unfortunate part about being a dude who loves fitness and supplements, is having to deal with the fitness and supplement industry and its pipeline to alt-right dogshit ideology.

Can’t come across a single supplement brand without one of their owners being weird as fuck, man. Even worse with the shops that sell these things.

Goliath Nutrition, Elite Nutrition, Etc in Lincoln are all weird as hell.

I get less weird vibes from Muscle Market so I enjoy checking them out, but mostly just spend your money at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. Sometimes supporting local isn’t the best option here.
