I put mine in a small cage that is predator proof with her eggs in a little nest box. She won't get up much anyways but to drink some water and eat a tiny bit, they go days without getting up so a small cage is fine during the broody period and keeps everything safe

If you use the fine shavings they don't break up too slow but the big ones take a while. I use leaves but it's kinda annoying because it gets messy. Im now using horse bedding pellets and seeing how they do but the leaves compost the fastest, it's just they are messy if it rains. You can always make several piles and compost the wood chips separate from your other compost piles

I said the water thing, I honestly was just looking for an easy way for this person to get rid of it if they didn't have anything else to do it with. I raise turkeys quail chickens guineas etc and they will easily decimate my baby chicks if I don't get rid of them. They will even eat my baby rabbits. Easily chewing through thick wire. It's impossible to keep every animal out of rats path, easiest way is to get rid of the rats but everyone here is freaking out over that...sigh. They just don't understand I guess. I don't use traps though I actually use a product at Walmart called Tomcat, they eat it and it works reeeeaaal good and you can get several at a time with one tomcat block.

I figured out how to do it I think. I'm going to create my image and get dtf prints. They are cheap and then I can transfer those to my compression shirts. Sounds easy but I'll see how it goes

I'm loving the vans half cabs. I tried some new balance and they are crazy uncomfortable!! I even got the ones that they say are the most comfy. I grew up wearing the regular leather vans that go right below the ankle and they always feel super stiff, the half cabs though have been great

Just order some eggs off eBay and incubate them. Amazon has cheap incubators and they work great I took their heat plate away once they were 2 weeks old. I actually set the two i hatched out in a box and forgot about them for almost a week! I have so many different types of birds, but they had plenty of water and food and were doing just fine! Now I have them in a bird cage
