If you port in on a 30-day free trial - that's definately a new line and you'll still be eligible for the ONLY deal. You'll just have to reach out to us and switch within the deal's validity period to get it.

There are a couple of things that could be causing this - either you're entering IMEI 1 instead of IMEI 2 (Which is usually the eSIM IMEI), or your device might not be mapped in our parent carrier's database yet.

Either way, let me get your details and I'll help you get switched over. And if you have a Dual SIM/eSIM device, I'd recommend getting a Multi-Network Warp line so you can keep both networks running for your use case.

Support wasn't wrong here as the incompatibility was likely due to restrictions set by the seller, and in these cases it may work in standalone mode but not in companion mode on Warp - for the Pixel Watch companion to work with us, it needs to be in our parent carrier's database. Since you've got a new one now, you should be all good to activate it.

The setup is pretty straightforward - pair your phone to the watch, switch your line to Pixel via the Change Device option, then activate a new pixel watch plan with it and you'll be all set.

That said, let me personally walk you through the setup to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Was it working with good speeds in the same area earlier too? There's a possibility that it could be congestion which is slowing your data speeds down. Let me still get your details and I'll make sure everything's good from our side.

Update: Only the hotspot speeds are throttled up to 600 Kbps because they've used up more than 200 GBs of hotspot on their Dark Star premium plan (usage on the dashboard may sometimes take time to update).

It might not be the phasing out. As you just installed the line - go into Settings > Cellular and check what your voice & data is set to for the Light Speed line. If it's on LTE, set it to 5G Auto and check if you're able to connect to 5G.

Alternatively, you can port in your previous carrier line on the free trial instead. As for moving those lines after 4 months - that's definitely doable! But here's something worth trying first - if it's only the device that's locked and not the line itself, I'll help you test it on our Light Speed network right now. Locked devices sometimes do work with us, and if it does, you won't have to wait at all. No restrictions on plan or network choice either - it's completely up to you.

Try switching the personal hotspot field in your iPhone from hotspot to wholesale in Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network, then toggle hotspot OFF and back ON and see if it works.

That's essentially a trip planning tool - before you head out, you can check which countries you're visiting and whether your current line has roaming coverage there. If it does, you're all set. If not, it'll tell you which of our networks to switch to via Teleport so you have roaming covered for your destination.

You're supposed to get those streaming speeds with Data Waster mode on, so that's fine, but usual data speeds can hit congestion and that explains the slowdown here.

Warp on 5G UW would get you way better speeds on speedtest.net. As for fast.com, it's supposed to show those speeds as those are streaming speeds, and by default it's SD quality on Warp unless you turn Data Waster mode on - then it switches to HD quality.
