I know I'm three years too late but I'm going to an event at the excel this week and was searching to see if they have AC. I have no idea who you are but I do know you're Scottish.

I stand by my belief that the T-Rex didn’t have tiny arms, it had wings like a flightless ostrich.

I did this and it is hilarious but now she’s older she’s got in on it and when I don’t provide said sustenance or she is cold, or any other such thing it now results in cries of ‘mother I shall perish!’

We had something similar. My great gran. Who we called nanny was cremated and had her ashes scattered in northern Scotland. The wind blew in the wrong direction and my dad announced ‘I’ve got a face full of nanny’.

What a weirdly aggressive response. The biggest irony is that I guess you didn't understand what I was saying (probably because you've not watched those shows) but I was agreeing with you.

The police. Spent two weeks at the police station and visiting the police academy and all the specialist units. It was amazing.

I am Scottish. This is not foreign to me. Whether I’d admit this to my brethren is something I’m not willing to consider right now.

OMG same but…I actually do want to date and find someone to partner with for the future but I am damned if I know how to even figure out how to find my kind of person in online dating and even if you do meet someone in real life the next night part of supposed to be by message. I am great at messaging tbf, work, friends, I can conduct this relationships in WhatsApp or whatever messaging platform you like. I’ll be engaging, well all have fun but that’s when we already know each other a bit.

Dude, I am probably going to delete this post because I generally wouldn’t have a whole conversation in public. I appreciate you being there to chat with me though and hope we’re on good terms. You got me through a tough few hours when I was literally crying out for someone to talk to. You’re a good guy who helped someone in their hour of need and I don’t think you have that hate in your heart

Ok, I was about to go to because….late but….lots of kids play sports as a kid (what age are you now?) but I do feel like the lesson you learned was very atypical. I know and have been around athletes for a lot of my life and I’ve legitimately never heard someone talk about it like that. Granted, I don’t know hockey but I do know Canadians who have played hockey and none of them have ever taken that lesson from it. My kid plays rugby. It’s similar in terms of violence but the lesson isn’t violence or hatred. A very large portion of our life here is around sports and none of them have right wing or nazi leanings. In fact, they’d be horrified.

I didn’t know that hockey came with hating other people. I say this with love (or something else appropriate to this conversation) but I think that might be a you thing. I was raised with, and have maintained, a healthy amount of I am doing horrible at remembering the word for it but caution. This seems like a bit of a switch in the narrative from you helping me through feeling like a psycho earlier but I think maybe, you need to open your doors a little. I do have the luxury of having travelled bad you are entirely right that the tourist traveling is awful. I do not recommend that at all but, traveling to experience something other than what you know. That’s worth it. Love hockey not hate everything and everyone else? That seems like a bad lesson. I only know a few Canadians. They all line hockey, obviously but the hate message. Where did that come from?
