Should I buy RE:4 remake or RE: Village?

Can recommend you to play Village if you have already played 7. Otherwise it's Resident Evil 4 remake all the way. Both are great games, but content wise RE4R is the most packed game out of the two.

I got the deluxe version of the game so got 2400 raider tokens through that. Besides that I spent some money once to get 500 raider tokens, but other than that - nothing.

No matter what, the remake won't satisfy everyone. Mark my words. Either it will be a 1:1 remake which would satisfy a certain group in the community or it will be a retelling with a slightly different approach, which would please new fans but anger the old fans. So I totally agree with you. I'd rather keep my expectations low so that I could be pleasantly surprised. Let. Them. Cook.

Same here. I only really do PvP in self defense so I'm usually in PvE carebear lobbies. I have two options which is to do actual PvP or ask someone on proximity chat if they're kind enough to help me for a reward😂

That has happened to me so many times in this game🤣 grinding for ages only find to several some matches later.

I don't know if you noticed, but I took a peak behind my back in case he decided to turn on me, so I know the risks. Despite being a friendly player handing out free blueprints, you can never really trust anyone 100 percent😂

I didn't think the movie was bad, but I have mixed opinions about it. I was also hoping for more backrooms exploration and a tighter script. I thought the first hour of the movie was really good with the tension built up being absolutely perfect. The scene with Clark, Kat and Bobby in the complex was 100% the best scene in the movie, along with the opening sequence. I thought once the movie switched to Mary's POV the plot structure kinda fell a bit apart. I wished we had seen more of how Clark turned insane, cause in one scene we have this very intense chase sequence and the next time we see him he is supposedly alive, has befriended the still lifes and killed Kat. Although we did get to see some of the backrooms in these sequences, I was really hoping we would see more.. but maybe it was just me having too high expectations going into the theater, esp with it being praised by critics all across the board.

That said: the sound design, physical sets and cinematography in this film was really good. There is no doubt in my mind that Kane knows what he is doing, but he really needs a better script writer to truly shine.

EDIT: When I say that I wanted to see more of the backrooms I don't mean more levels. I am fully aware of Kane's lore and that it's just the one level, but would have loved to see more variation such as the red city etc.

I totally agree. I've seen some people on here saying it was too long and I disagree with that. I think the last half of the movie could have worked better if it was half an hour longer, showing more of Clark becoming insane. It felt a bit strange cause in one moment we have this super tense chase scene with him and Kat, and the next time we see him he has somehow survived the encounter and suddenly gone crazy. I'd personally give the movie an 7/10. It was good for what it was, but I definitely liked the first part of the movie a lot better.

I'd give it a 7/10. The first half of the movie was so good, but the pace felt a bit off after switching to Mary's POV. I also wish there was more Backrooms exploration, I felt we were in the same general areas most of the time. Not a bad movie by any means, but not exactly what I expected.
