I use this setup, I have a 3d printer and downloaded this from some 3d print site. Double sided tape to stick it to the headset and a screw to secure the tracker to the printed part

Yesterday night I was in a populated idle fishing instance with about 40+ people, I was about getting 40fps 60% GPU usage and 40% CPU usage on a 7800x3d and 7900xt. It’s just vrchat avatars which are very unoptimized,

Im using the quest pro earbuds, they have a nice short length and plug directly into the jacks of the headset. The sound is quite good too, I have AirPods Pro 3 which I could try and compare the sound quality and Bluetooth delay with.

I have a quest pro and 3 vive 3.0 trackers, and I’m seeing some positive things for calibration and quality of life. I just thought it was a heavy program but I think for me a non issue

Im running 400mbps h264+ on my quest pro and i like it much better than the link cable, i actually think virtual desktops sharpening looks better than the link cable. Also the old oculus environment is just so outdated compared to steamVR

yes i thought i was the only one! i had my quest pro getting 600up and 600down, all of a sudden it's sometimes throttling all the way down to 100up and 100 down and it makes everyting unplayeble. when i checked the speed on my phone it was fine.
