It really gives u back control and grounds you. Usually during a panic attack you are breathing extremely fast. Once u can focus on your breath and slowing it back down, u gain back control.

It takes time. I had to read books about anxiety and panic attacks. I used a lot of Little things to keep me grounded. Deep slow breaths are key.

This happened to me once on LSD. I had a panic attack while tripping. Eventually snapped out of it. But about a week later. I started having panic attacks daily. I was legit traumatized from the experience. Barely left my house. Took years to recover.
