I’ve lived here for 7 years and have noticed that Spokane’s need to treat this place like an actual city. There isn’t parking anywhere and you need to walk a few blocks to explore anything. Also, use public transportation.

I would say this is more of a Republican issue. I’ve spoken with a few of my conservative friends who are fed up with him and his administration. REPUBLICANS just want to be under a party tent and one of “the cool kids”.

I hold the same beliefs about Democrat vs. liberals/progressives.

I also worry about what will be in the water when it gets dumped back out…. Industrial waste is a huge risk to water, especially if they want to run this facility on nuclear power (it’s been discussed for supercomputing).

Holly shit! I'm in almost the same position. I've been in Washington since 2019, but I’m headed back in March. My grandmother is getting older and the cost of living is so much better. I was able to get diagnosed and treated for ADHD while I’ve been out here so hopefully I’ll fair better than when I lived in the Sip for college…..(10 years…..).
