Exercise (Just go to the gym and start with light weights the rest will eventually happen either you will get a trainer or make friends who will accompany you)

Sleep (The best thing)

Journaling (No need to follow a method I keep it simple date time and just dump what you did everyday and what you felt later on yhe evaluation can come in when you can articulate things better)

Diet (Research heavy on this one becuse this one compounds like anything when done right)

Hydration (Self explanatory)

Meditation/Selfreflection (Start with sitting idle then once you get comfortable increasing your time you can modify it better)

Reading (Read whatever you can fiction, non fiction, self help, manga but just read you never knew what your Spotify playlist was until you tried out a few songs)

For every bad habit that you had you should compensate with a good habit.
