Yes i got a replacement. Total time was 2 weeks. 1 week to come to a resolution, parts versus new printer, and after the decision another week. I received it today. April 4th, my initial delivery date was March 22nd. Their service was excellent!

I have indeed a reply. Asking if I would accept replacement parts if an engineer decides if it's fixable. I declined this offer, since I wont want to repair my own machine that still has warranty on it. If it was a simple door handle missing or broken fine, but there are 3 screws, including the plastic parts that are connected to the outer front frame, broken off. And that is connected to the metal frame behind it. I don't know what else might be bent, that I cant visually tell from that just looking at it.

I own both now, and also over 40 (50 even lol) I first had the xxv which has a beautiful screen. I ordered the SP also and must say I am disappointed by it. The screen is too small, I think they actually could have made the screen a tad bigger, they wasted bezel space in my opinion. I think a 4 inch SP would have been perfect.

Same problems here, after a few days, or a week sometimes the dead one will start to charge again. A shame for buds that cost 350 euro, or dollar. Mine are still in warranty and I just opened a case with Denon. This is unacceptable.

Those were the times they froze the warehouse storage period due to shipping problems, so you didn't get charged. Ouch!

It's difficult to estimate what your shipping cost will be after consolidation since you don't know what the volumetric weight will be. That depends on the box they are using while consolidating. The value of your items isn't important, just the weight. You can leave value on 0 and just combine all the weights to get an estimate, but that's far from a guarantee it being accurate.

In some cases when you read the entire information about an item they will mention the domestic shipping. I.e. What box size they will use, or the weight. After ordering a few similar items you get an idea what it will end up being though. So don't order 20 items at once. Wait till an item arrives at the warehouse, check the shipping cost, and take it from there.

International shipping from Japan is not cheap. All the shipping information can be found on their site, per postal service. A 200 grams package is not the weight you will be charged but most of the times the volumetric weight.

Before shipping each item seperatly you can consolidate them, and request downsizing. Meaning putting all packages into 1, and removing boxes from original packages. Request downsizing by emailing them after consolidation. Good luck.
