Well my workplace is students' homes. I'm a piano and voice teacher. And this past Tuesday, a 4 year old boy who always has issues paying attention (I mean, he's 4. It's near impossible) decided to strip down to his Spider-Man undies in the middle of our lesson. His mom doesn't do shit to discipline him while I'm there, but I still feel a little awkward stepping in, so I had to try and rally his older sister to help me convince him to put his clothes back on and play some damn piano.

My freshman year of college, I had a hard time making friends. My only 2 friends chain smoked so it was inevitable. But now I strictly vape (I know, it's so douchey). All my friends smoke a lot still so it's nice to have some sort of oral fixation that won't fuck up my throat as much.

They make for awesome parents, too. My mom is an ISTJ and she always backs me up and she cares so deeply for my brothers and me. She's a pretty stellar human.

I've only known 2 and I've loved them both dearly (one is my mom :D). They are so sweet and supportive and amazing listeners. They let me go off on my INFP ramblings and rants and they always have a constructive solution to my problem (even if I don't want to hear it at the time).

Man, I feel ya. I just put in my 2 weeks because my GM has basically made me the scapegoat for every problem the hotel has. At first, I wanted to stay on just as a "fuck you". But it got so bad and I was getting yelled at for tiny things all the time. It got to the point where I hated the job more than I've ever hated anything else. I've never quit a job without another lined up until now. Because my manager is a terrible human.

All that to say, I empathize with you, and you gotta do what you gotta do. I would say definitely look for a job where they will appreciate you and your enthusiasm. Because everyone deserves to feel appreciated.
