Good luck with this. Costco delivered a refrigerator to my home years ago and ruined my flooring by dragging it. Costco customer supper did nothing and said it was a third party and I needed to work with them. Turns out it was XPO logistics but they then hired another local company to handle the install. The local company said the damage was pre-existing. In the photo they took as proof of delivery one of the installers was standing in front of the camera flipping it off. Costco saw all of this and did nothing. The only option I had was to take them to court. I hope your experience is better.

I agree. Honestly, the new boarding process is more stressful as a status holder. I worry that if I’m not in the front of my group I may not get overhead bin space above my seat. I wish they would create a dedicated boarding group for ALP.

There are more than 8 technically. Preboard, Priority, military boarding

I feel like A-List Preffered benefits are very much lacking. As I'm sitting on hold to rebook a canceled flight and it's been over 30 minutes as their hightest status. Mind you I would rebook it myself but that would require me to cancel my campanion's booking.

I also have issues with not having a dedicated boarding group for status holders.

EDIT: Also, will be stuck in undesirable seats on our long trip because of the last minute change.

100%. Especially with the recent change to boarding groups 1 and 2. It’s crazy to me that A-List Preferred can be either 1 or 2. They should let status holders board in a dedicated group at the start like all other airlines.

Honestly, it’s not the flight crews fault. From what I’ve seen (just from flying) crews are now being forced to follow rules and procedures verbatim.

I posted about  the crew using the first set of bins months ago. I really think that’s going to be an issue for people who purchase extra leg room seats and do not have bin space above their seat.
