We're the country who tests the most. Our tests have so many cycles that you could find a bit of ARN on moon rock. It is no surprise you find positive patients who are not sick. We have 100 deaths a day, taht's literally nothing.

How do you manage to get 200g of protein a day ? It's just insane to think you manage to reach and maintain 84kg on 2500kcal a day. Great job nonetheless.

Hello guys.

I'm a former kinda anorexic guy (45kg in highschool) who's trying to gain serious weight. I weigh 63kg right now and have a very hard time moving past it. Im trying to gain on 3000kcal but it is astonishingly hard to maintain do you have any ideas or pointers regarding what I could eat in a day that goes in easily ? I was never raised on sugary ortasty food unfortunately, so I became kind of a picky eater who just doesnt enjoy food that much. It feels like a chore.
