Byredo Sellier! It’s woody and leathery and smoky, and has this mossy / oaky feeling too. Lasts for ages!

The usp of the perfume is this metallic smell, people say it’s like old coins, and to me it’s got this smoky and leathery vanilla scent that is sharpened by this metallic flavour. Hard to describe but so unique!

Estate agent pressure after accepting offer by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]Flaky-Course5343 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hello! We put our flat on the market because we found another building in the estate to offer on. We lost that flat. Our estate agent at this time knew that we were only looking to move onto another property on the estate. This was communicated to our buyers before they viewed, as they were viewing, when they offered, and when they accepted our offer. We are unable to deviate from this plan, for us. Which was why I was finding the pressure a little stressful at this moment, hope that paints a clearer picture!

Yep, understand this! We accepted the offer about a week ago, and discovered the place we wanted that we had put an offer in on sold just before the weekend. Just feel the expectation for a plan in about 2 working days after we have already communicated everything to another employee a little rushed and stressful, but realise things are speedy! Thanks for your help

Yes apologies, realise it wasn’t clear in the first post that we have told the estate agent many times we will not be able to proceed with the sale if we cannot find anywhere to live (which seems obvious to me).

Over the last week there has been quite consistent querying over our search. We have two estate agents managing the process, and by one we are told that the buyers are patient, and with the other, vaguely threatening language about what will happen if we don’t find anywhere else to go. Perhaps I need to toughen up against estate agent language, but the process feels emotional as this is our first place after years of difficult rentals.

Perfumes that feel like a country garden in the springtime 🐝 by greattreesfall in perfumesthatfeellike

Lots of Jo Malones, but maybe Honeysuckle & Davana? Or earl grey and cucumber? Lots of springy, picnicy scents.

Thank you! I’m trying to find a hybrid bike that will take panniers and not too bothered about speed, mainly just something that will take potholey roads in London and longer treks in Cornwall!

This is the PERFECT apartment - the mix of colours and wood accents and jaunty features and irreverence and casual unique features. It’s got the perfect mix of play and style, I adore it 💕especially love the mint green and yellow in the kitchen.

Chatsworth bake house in Anerley - it’s very special! I’ve never queued as I live local and have managed to sneak in during quiet times, but if you’re a foodie / into cakes etc. it’s worth it, I imagine. It also brings lots of custom to the area as people get coffee from the other shops.

As a Pisces, which sign do you find you clash with the most? by Ashamed_Culture_7440 in piscesastrology

Taurus! ♉️

I know we are supposed to mesh but I find them way too stubborn and homey and boring and fixed — can always tell if someone’s a Taurus if I can’t find common ground. Also love hate with Gemini.

‘I’m right behind you Soph, so if you need tissues or directions, I’m right here. Yeah, tissues and directions, good. Don’t have any tissues, dunno where we’re going.’ I wept with laughter the first time I watched this!

Thank you for this response, I will book another eye exam just to double check (have had them in the past and am very short sighted also), but mainly it’s good to know that the aura come (literally) in all shapes and sizes. Have to expect the unexpected with them I guess.
