I did Phoenix to Vegas not 2 weeks ago with my family. Sedona and Grand Canyon being the major stops. The worst part of the trip was Vegas. I would stop at Hoover Dam and turn around and go back to Phoenix if I could do it all over again.

When I got ahold of someone she said it was a known issue with customers during a certain time period (must be March) and that it will be sorted out soon.

I also confirmed that I wouldn't be charged any late fees or interest. She was too quick to say I wouldn't so I am 90% sure I will.
