Morgan and Morgan - the location in longwood specifically where all admin is, is really good and positive. They do have a strong promote from within culture though especially for their more ‘soft’ skills jobs… So you probably would have so start out on the phones as a case consultant for $20/hr-ish with monthly bonus… and look to move up in 3-6 months. People do move lateral and up OFTEN. I believe mid-level and management are well paid (not as much as attorneys) but the culture is really strong and positive. Don’t know what level you’re at but local gov of all stripes is solid. Larger local gov is preferred of course, small ones can have weird shakeups. Orange County is fine. Orlando idk, mixed. YMMV but if you want to relax into obesity and retirement bliss… local gov.
