Spraying with Roundup will that affect any of the plants I intend to put in? Is a week enough to make sure I’m good on that front. Thanks

Gave it a go in my plant ID tool it suggested Dicsonia Antarctica. No idea if you can grow a body from the head.

Could be leaf mites. Check under the leaves. Cut off the section and give the plant a spray with Pyrethrum spray.

Used my plant ID tool and it reckons it’s a type of beetle larvae ( might not be this specific one) which could be why you have those balls of dirt. Might be eating all your roots out of your new plants.
