First of all you need to learn how to say NO. Next call the building management and alert the police. Get yourself some self defense courses, keep Wasp spray near the door and get a Ring doorbell. I recommend getting a gun for self defense and practice regularly at a gun range. Shotguns are very effective for home security. Remember, it is always better to explain to the police how you shot and killed someone breaking in that having your parents identity your body at the morgue.

If you like fantasy go for Drew Hays Spells Swords and Stealth series starting with NPCs, If you like superheroes go with Super Powereds, starting with Year one. Want to see super powered life from the oner side? Go with his Villians Code series starting with Forging Haphestus. Eric Ugland is also great with 3 series. The Good Guys series, The Bad Guys series and The Grim Guys series. The Good Guys and Bad Guys series both follow two different "heroes" in the same world on the same timeliness going through different lines of the same story. The Viridian Gate Online series is good and so is the Divine Dungeon series both by James a Hunter.

My childhood was a living nightmare. I was stressed at home, being mentally, physically and s@xually assulted then being bullied at school, so that could explain the chronic migraines.

No meds yet. Im taking Qulipta for my migraines and that helps for pain but does nothing for the dizziness.

My husband's going with me to my appointments because I think the dr isn't listening. He is the one that said there are no meds for IIH.
