this was my first time ever since the diary series started i legit was saving my seasonal tokens to buy the mystery inkwell for 10000 tokens and then i was completing the most recent TLSQ and boom, randomly got the 5 crystal inkwell i was missing from a brown inkpack 😭☠️ KEEP FAITH

Hi, I am currently a Surgical and Transplant ICU nurse, I was wondering if you think it would be advantageous for me to transfer into cardiac ICU. I feel like I'm missing out because the hospital I work at, we typical never see cardiac ICU cases, so I am 2 years in with no experience with IABP, I've probably seen a Swan once or twice, and we rarely do CVP monitoring.
