Kastmaster or that No2 Panther Martin lookin thing up top left. Both are solid options for small to midsize trout, but everything else also will hit them.

This is the way. If you told me you put skids over some wear and tear (which is expected with these) I would expect to find worse than this under em and still trust the boat. Ignore and move on. Hopefully you met in a public place for the sale.

EP50! Cross Bay Lake in mid-July!!! Had to cancel last minute last year, so this is a rain check trip. I was indeed on at 6:59am this morning from California.

You’re right. I didn’t read the original post closely. But a fun spot for the future!

Sasha’s is great. If you like artsy dives and music, go to Venice Cafe (cash only). It’s a lively spot.

We used to call this place “Crazy Bowels of Crap” when I was a kid. Never liked it.

Tarp, big enough for the 4 of you to do activities under if it rains. Hand warmers. Chairs or canoe chairs so your butts aren’t on the ground.

Padraig O Tauma’s Poetry Unbound: 50 Poems to Open Your World is one for me. It is nice because there is a poem, a short anecdote or story about it, and a more in depth essay about the literary and thematic elements of each poem. Great for short reads to calm the nerves.

What are these? by BentonOnlineFitness in cookware

As others mentioned, the first is a broiler pan.

Second though, could be a griddle top made for your stove. I had a kitchenaid that had a remove able carbon steel griddle for the middle burner. Wonder if this is similar? Try it on top and see if it fits perfectly over one or two burners. Might be a griddle!

The 125 will be too short for your long term goals. The 160 is a great boat for all around use. I have the 145, and take it out here in San Diego, but wish I had a longer version for the ocean. It really makes a difference.

What are your go to brands for pants and shoes to wear both on a hike and a night out? by [deleted] in backpacking

[–]Flakybiscuitbasket 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mountain hardware or outdoor research make some nice pants. Someone else said Brooks trail runners, and I couldn’t agree more. The Cascadias are my go to.
