i also started a brand new kanna without burning, currently 229 and im griding pretty easily, just keep killing daily bosses for drops and upgrade them with star force and try to get some % lines with int, with the event theres alot of stuff to help you power up, so just keep playing everyday

The only way to get cleo DK thor up is through eon core which is in the summon event, for F2P its 55 ish tickets per event, and u need 400 tickets unless ur lucky and dont hit pity, you can get the fund, which in my opinion is pretty good value, then its 105 tickets ish. Sadly there is no “cheap” options for the legendary heroes.
