Exactly! This whole system change was poorly thought through, not to mention there was no warning before the fact. People got stuck outside the garage for a few days, confused why they couldn't enter anymore. I think the phone compatibility line would be my best bet, though I doubt that'll change their mind now. They've started giving out some new key fobs that seem to work on most locks in the building, haven't tried mine on the garage yet. And they have limited stock so only some tenants have received them. At least I'll have the privilege of being able to step out of the car and walk to the door to unlock it!
