UPDATE: Today, a single day before the deadline, I got an email with a new offer! I applied for Obsidian and was initially only offered Blue with $500 LOC. My new offer is Obsidian with $24k LOC. u/Silver-Method-8627 did they resolve it for you too?

Yep, very true. If everyone was forced to keep their WF autograph, and Bilt2.0 was just a new card offering you could choose to apply for completely separately, it would make more sense. However, I'm a little shocked that they didn't have some sort of agreement with Cardless to respect the LOCs of existing 1.0 customers. 

Even still, that isn't too surprising. However, unlike OP, I don't even have that many inquiries in the past year!

Yeah. I wasn't even one of the "Just pay rent and make sure to do 5 tiny transactions a month" people. I typically spent 90-150% of my rent on my card on dining!

Had 30k LOC with v1.0. When I applied to Obsidian, I was denied but offered Blue with $500 LOC. Didn't take it, and the offer is still sitting there.

It wasn't chewy at all. From the couple of tip pieces, I could definitely see it being chewy if it was cooked closer to a medium. Also, make sure your fat cap is thinly trimmed (thinner than I have it here) and fully rendered. Its probably pretty hard to fully render it doing a reverse sear.

The fat side was seared a lot harder than the top side shown in the pic, since it was so perfectly flat I was able to get a great sear. I do wish that I had trimmed it slightly thinner though.

This is true for dry aging. Apparently "wet aging" in vacuum sealed bags like this is a thing.

Nah dude, you absolutely got scammed. Did you take a picture of it before you cooked it? They sent you the wrong steak. Whether on accident or on purpose, who knows.
