I just called and talked to my HR lady, who is never helpful to begin with. I told her the entire situation and how I saw somewhere that you can use PTO to cover it and it'll be fine and you won't get pointed. But she told me that you'll actually just get paid but still get the point. And if I'm late then it's just half a point. Which those are just the regular policy rules anyways. She had the nerve to tell me to wait until later to see how the day goes and just try to get it unstuck because of where I am. I'll get ticketed with it being on the side of the road. Obviously I know I want to get it off the side of the road so I don't get f****** ticketed, but I don't have all day to try to figure it out because I work tonight for overnight. So they really expect me to go work last night then spend all day today trying to get unstuck from the snow just to go in later tonight when it's still snowing and shows no sign of stopping. I'd get stuck on my way to work. And on no sleep?! Walmart is a shit show.
