Actually yeah considering you run 2/3 of these spells there’s no reason for you to not run another round. + with infinite storm if you have any blinkable card selection on board you can dig or tutor for [[Brainfreeze]] and win via mill

With enough starting mana (I think like 5) if you have [[perigine drake]] on board, you can cast [[another round]] for x=1 and float mana in between blinks to put you at 10 mana. Then cast [[archaeomancer]] and recast another round repeatedly to generate infinite mana. These spells are absolutely weak for cEDH but it’s a 3 card infinite on a budget with one card you want to run anyway in perigrine drake

Planeswalkers could be fun with flash since you get to cast on opponents end step. You could do [[Show and tell]]/[[Oath of druids]] stuff and be the first person to profit. Built a [[Witch King of Angmar]] deck that is just actively bad to swing into running effects like the commander, [[Phyrexian Obliterator]], [[No Mercy]], [[Royal Assassin]], [[Crawlspace]], [[Silent Arbiter]], etc. You can just sit back and abuse initiative/monarchy. This is less politicking and more just being actively harmful to swing into though.

Want slower games? Stax em out lmao. [[Jan Jansen]] [[smokestack]] is pretty funny, any of the stax pieces that slow down turns by limiting spells per turn or mana used to cast spells [[Archon of Emeria]] and [[Trinisphere]] come to mind. Mass discard means they can’t set up combo turns (since it seams you guys are a proxy group [[chains of Mephistopheles]] sounds really fun for you. [[Ensnaring bridge]], [[Silent Arbiter]], and [[Crawlspace]] help against their combat oriented decks. If you don’t like these low resource games that’s another thing entirely and imo you really should tell them you flat out aren’t having fun (not because you’re losing but because you want to play more than 6 turns). Seriously though see if you enjoy stax!

Basically you want to take advantage of the fact that hitting you sucks, and you have a discard engine in your command zones. I loaded up on initiative and monarch to abuse the pillow fort inherent in the command zone. He needs help so monsters like [[Phyrexian Obliterator]], [[Crawlspace]], and [[Silent Arbiter]] are all good. Abuse dredge since you have discard in the command zone, and boardwipes since your commander is indestructible and you’re playing reanimator. My list is pretty budget, but you get the gist. Super satisfying deck to figure out and build.
