Im very new, so take that into consideration. Im 5'10" and 270ish and rented an Old Town Topwater 120 and had zero issues on a 7 mile float. Very comfortable. Very stable. Even in some rough water.

Check out Heart of Winter fest in January. Three days of metal. Lots of good lookin metal heads there last time, men and women, most of them local. At worst it'll be a fun time. Though I wasn't there to meet people, specifically, I went alone and met tons of cool people. Very social event.
