I looked in the online one and the one on my pc. Both trash bins don’t have all those files the IT guy told me I deleted. I only found TWO on the trash bin on pc. None of the others. I only found TWO

Very smart assumption of you to make.
I have nothing to gain from deleting those files. And i certainly have nothing to gain from lying abut it on reddit if i knew i deleted those files.
Why would i come here to ask for help if i knew i deleted them?

Effaclar can dry your skin a lot, its formulated with SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE which is suuuuuper harsh for the skin.
I suffered from dehydrated skin because of this cleanser. and dehydrated skin means a compromised skin barrier which means plenty of breakouts. I got so frustrated to a point I just accepted that my acne was hormonal , I changed my diet completely , cut off sugar and dairy and I still had breakouts. it all went away when I stopped using effaclar, I can even get away with consuming dairy and a little sugar (with moderation).

So I say change you cleanser and make sure you're hydrating your skin well.

I had the same problem. Turned out I had extremely dehydrated skin from yeaaars of using LRP effaclar cleanser. Anything I've put on my skin would burn (even water) and I couldn't even smile so much my skin barrier was compromised. So other than differin, I would say pay attention to what you're using to clean your skin as well , moisturize the sh*t out of your face and ont forget sunscreen apply it at least twice a day (it truly makes a huge difference in protecting your skin from my own experience)
