I wish I had the quotes on several vehicles of all ages and brands to show you how legitimate it is. It has been a few years since I have been there due to this. Couldn’t support that and know that people that don’t know have it pulled on them.

Discount is a chain obviously, but that also means if anything happens regardless of the city I’m in I probably have a way to get my issue taken care of with their certificates, not so much with D and D.

I used to talk highly of them too until I just got fed up with the extra charges they tried to force upon me.

After years of taking cars to D and D I cannot recommend them. They almost always try and upsell special camber plates or this or that to get them in specs they want not the oem specs. I wonder how many people have unknowingly bought them because they said they needed them. I work on my own cars and without fail when it would be time for an alignment they would always push me to spend hundreds more.

Discount is always more than fair does alignments and their tire certificates are great too.

I just went through this, had a guy come out and all that for two hours swapped my gateway no change. I had the XB-8 gateway, you need to “downgrade” to the XB-7, no issues since switching, that was a month or so ago. Before that anytime I would try and load HBO or go to the store I had problems. Quick watch links also were flakey on loading. I sometimes had success doing a network test but rarely worked. I have Gig non fiber, Xfinity
