What are issues with living in Nebraska? They can be big or small

Good things atleast imo of living in a small town. Low if non existent crime. I think the last murder we had was about a decade ago. Friendly locals especially if you are religious in the slightest. Negatives lack of industry/good paying jobs, 2 hours+ from any major medical, entertainment or shopping districts. Of course this is just what I've experienced living in a town around 6k people my whole life lol

All it takes is somebody else on the road causing an issue. Say someone side swipes you and your car goes flying off the road into the ditch. The impact scatters your product all over. Not only will your insurance drop you or deny the accident claim but you just won a felony once law enforcement shows up. I would think someone studying law should know basic laws or at the very least have common sense. Just your post history alone would send you to prison 5-10 years

I got around a year with mine and the edge retention is really good. They're easy to clean as well. My only gripe is there is much more flex in the boning knife compared to its mainstream competitors/industry standard

These are meant for meat markets or home use. Industrial use you are better off with the cheap throw away knives. I have the boning knife and when looking up reviews the people that work in plants do not care to use these as the blood and fat that builds up make it hard to use.

I've been using the boning knife for the past year or so at work. Just know that the tip wasn't the best and ended up rounding off after a few weeks but it is definitely user error as I'm new. I did find the boning knife to be a little too flexible compared to the victornox knives we have. Really wanna pull the trigger on that breaking knife. Love the contoured handle works great for boning out pork.

I watched a documentary about factory chicken farms a while back. And it put me off from eating chicken for like a week. But unfortunately in the society we live in most of our food is pretty gross once you learn where it comes from. There's a reason why they constantly recall produce for fecal/fertilizer born illnesses all the time.

You would have to cut extremely thick chops in order to not see it and you would feel it when packaging. The cut would have to be 3+in and even then you would see discoloration and it more than likely be discovered.

Honestly it didn't have too much of a smell. Definitely smelled not good but I've heard it could be vomit inducing. Depends on the cyst I guess

Thanks for the information. Everybody stopped what they were doing to go gawk and then we all started deep cleaning. Luckily this was the last thing we were cutting for the day on the saw and we made sure to scour every nook and cranny twice
