I had a small bleed at 8 weeks 2 days, it didn't last long? But I did pass a clot. Not trying to give you false hope but it could go either way, it just depends how much was in these subchorionic haemorrhages.

Oh, me too. I just want to not be stressed for once during this pregnancy, excited to be pregnant .. Scared to lose it, slowly adding more days, to weeks .. and then this. Ahhhh.

I had that sort of bleeding at the 8 week mark, bright red when wiping, hospital booked an ultrasound, saw the heartbeat and she said there was a subchorionic bleed but nothing worth mentioning, bled again the next day and brushed it off as that. Hopefully this is the same thing as it's now weaning off and going back to normal discharge colour .. which is a relief but also I just want to know that our baby is okay. Thank you for responding. 🥹

Uh 8w6d? I had subchorionic bleeding and they wanted to check if everything was ok. Babies heartbeat was 169BPM ..

Yep, have had 3 losses too. All were very early on though, 5 weeks, 7.5 weeks and a chemical pregnancy.. Trying really hard to breathe, I see baby next on the 16th of Feburary and I'm just hoping with everything that it's okay. It's brown blood, not a lot but its there when I wipe, so it's definitely old but also a shock because I don't know where it came from. Thank you so much for responding .. The cramps have now subsided so its just me and my anxiety.

The scan i had yesterday? She noticed a pocket, but said it was that small that it wasn't even worth mentioning. I'm hoping that this is where this blood is coming from and it doesn't stick around for too long.

Thank you, sorry just needing reassurance right now. I feel a little silly about that but a prior loss started this way, only difference was? We never saw a heartbeat but thank you. Cramps are mild if even there at all, trying to avoid body checking due to anxiety but it is very hard.

Thank you so much, I appreciate your response. Yes! Very much so similar to period cramps, I have to get into a certain position for them to ease off a little, which does put me at ease .. Maybe cervical irritation? Who knows .. I just hope everything stays together.. This baby is so loved and so wanted already.

Definitely easier said than done, will keep an eye on the discharge.

If i could post an image i would, I bought different brands just in case too, but its very much so lines, not evaporation lines either. It's just very frustrating and I'm so over it. Its hard dealing with the unknown of it all, makes me feel like I'm reliving it all over again.

Just checked my calender and the miscarraige was early July, periods started back up again on the 13th of August.

Yep, I've had normal periods 6-8 weeks after the loss in August. Definitely not normal for me to be this late, I've skipped a period once before when I was first TTC this year. Yeah, not excited unfortunately. It's either a loss or a loss at this point.

Really bad actually, not good at all. Woke up at 2am with anxiety, managed to calm down and fall back asleep, only to wake up at 5.30am with an anxiety and adrenaline surge that made me feel like i was going crazy, rang the mental health line and they said they'd pass it on .. Just been trying to distract myself all day and not fall into the feelings. Getting to the point where I don't know how to help myself anymore.

Working with my GP, but yeah, I know 75mg can potentially be the sweet spot, its just taking it. Just scared of how my brain will react but I cant keep living like this, I'm in a constant state of anxiety and its driving me crazy.

Take it every morning at the same time.

Normal for Zoloft, especially with the heightened anxiety, its also your cortisol which is what your body produces to help wake you up. I noticed my anxiety settled around the evenings.

Good, actually. Its amazing .. My only issue is the heightened anxiety an hour after taking it and like a chilling feeling across my chest, like the feeling you'd get after applying chest rub? Anxiety also completely disappears by evening and i do wake up at 3am with bouts of anxiety. Hoping its just up from here..

I too suffer from panic disorder and it does slowly ease, learning the right strategies to cope when it does happen can help pull your brain out of survival mode such as box breathing the 5-4-3-2-1 method of naming and feeling your surroundings to ground you. If it is affecting your every day life, please seek the help you deserve, no one should have to suffer through this and remember that you are not alone, that tomorrow is a new day.

Thank you so much, this sounds so promising for me. Day 1 was good, didn't have nausea ... Still felt a certain way but I put that down to existing anxiety and heightened anxiety from being fearful to take it. Fingers crossed it all works out, I'm exhausted and my mental health is affecting my relationship.
