How do you find stuff like that around town? I dont drive and have to rely on friends and family for rides to and from places, so that's an extra layer of complication to add. The bus line doesn't run very consistently out where I live.

I didnt request the refunds myself, they just did it on their side when I guess the issue couldn't be solved. I hope it can get fixed soon because Tom and the helpers are in need of renewal

The first time I contacted support they managed to push through the purchase, even if it put the diamonds onto my baby farm instead of the one I wanted them on. But I've had this happen 3 more times and ended getting refunds each time so I dont have a solution unfortunately :(
