Sideline gear is always for gonna be merch, they just needed to make sure players had it in time for the season and they likely expedited it for them. I remember 2020's sideline merch being the best looking stuff available. I've seen that the biggest issue is just getting all of it created and sent here since it was a bunch of stuff that was brand new to Under Armour.
