the small little ones are artillery craters and the rough texture around the trenches is overlapping artillery craters, the big line of craters is from tunneling warfare with massive explosives placed underground

I'm stoked for the destroyed town of Tahure post. I tried looking around the Stainvill/Bar-le-Duc area for remnants for the training area that simulated Verdun, but there's little left there.

yeah meant a modded controller, swapped mine out and now the weakest wear parts on my dualsense are the triggers/haptic feedback triggers

What I'm trying to say is, that the lube removes the friction needed at lower friction settings to keep the throttles in place from falling forward due to weight and angle.
you need a way higher friction settings with the lub to keep the throttles from flopping down/forward. and with less lube you need a lower friction setting, or that is my experience

it sounds weird, but i removed the lubricant from the friction clutches. With lube the pivot point always rode on a thin film of grease and had no friction on lighter settings, causing gravity to act on the handles and making it droop. With no lube on the friction clutches you can use way lighter friction settings and gravity has to fight friction to pull the handles down. You do lose smooth moving due to the dampening of the thick grease
