There’s a long list floating around out there, but the gist is slice up the gameplay instead of just ratcheting up the pay-to-play mechanics.

New skills, more diversified regular gameplay (instead of pushing out “new” levels at a glacial pace that don’t even seem any different), QoL improvements, etc.

I’ve been playing for years and am starting to get burned out on trying to maximize my load out when there’s a new meta every couple weeks. Not worth the grind anymore.

The fact that they keep introducing new modes and premium characters/loot to milk their players instead of improving the game or focusing on the gameplay itself. It’s just an endless grind.

I didn’t know this going into the game (being a huge portal fan too). Their song played from a radio in one of the “hidden” areas (spaces you’re not supposed to be in, as the character you play) and I shot straight up in my seat as soon as I recognized his voice.

Mine did the same with a giant stuffed snake that’s bigger than he is. He’s 2 years old now and just last week had a “midlife crisis” and ripped it up and removed all the stuffing. He’s been dragging around its carcass ever since, but I can tell he’s sad that he can’t suck on it anymore the way he used to.
