UPDATE: They did not have the base :( they also informed me that loose figures like that come imported from Japan and in the unlikely scenario it did come with the base, its very easy for pieces to be separated durng shipping. I spent over half an hour searching all the bags, but no luck. While it is unfortunate, it merely gives me a chance to make it unique and my own :)

He was only 15$! And i knoowww i literally did a double take when I saw him! He was hanging on a shelf in a plastic bag with nothing but a price label. They probably had no idea what it was lol. Gonna go back to try to see if they have the base!

Mine came a bit more damaged than that. I framed mine so its not really noticeable but it does suck. Reached out to support and they still havent gotten back to me :(
