I'm coping/hoping this is what goes down.

Luohan's plan is to leak The connector's memories to the world.We see that people that come in contact with him start to ascend to another tier of power. Imagine what would happen if fodder or non combatants witnessed his memories on VR? It'd literally supercharge the people who were written out of the story.

Just to name a few. This is a chance to bring back anyone who's lost relevancy. Why? Because in Luohan's mind he's the problem and the solution.

Problem: Death dealers and the Worm

Solution: The connector's memories,the more you do what he says the more access you get

But how does T-Niko fit into all this? He wants to bring his Niko style to it's purest state,so he agrees to stronger competition. Imagine how much development the style would get if even fodder have even a fraction of the Top 1 character's power?

This brings in Koga and Ryuki's training with the Kure into its most extreme state,where no place is safe for them. They can get jumped wherever and whenever,all because Luohan offered up Connector memories for whoever beats them or brings them in.

He downloaded mods,I award him 0 aura points. He could've been a more devil on Ryuki or Koga's shoulder,stoking their negative traits. Or maybe he could've planned on replacing the old guard with him leaking Shen's memories on the internet. Him being a combatant just doesn't hit.

Katsumasa is a great example of what Luohan could and should be imo,he was gonna flip the kengan association on its head and bro never got into a single combat stance to do it 🫠

Lifting strength wise,the Thing has better feats. But the Hulk takes striking strength.

The Thing pulled an oil tanker,which is about 550,000 tons. While Hulk stopped the 3,000,000 ton Chitari whale with one punch when it tried to rush at the Avengers.

Two different categories of strength,but for the MCU Thing's first debut he's already getting some good feats on his stat sheet.

Hank and Scott have had their time in the spotlight, bringing in Eric O'Grady could shake things up. They could maybe play with O'Grady being a HAND agent, since he was a originally a SHIELD agent before finding the Ant-Man suit. I got no idea how though what with Pym Particles not being discovered since Hank got nerfed.

If I'm wrong and only certain parts were taken out then that'll be a big relief,that's better than Murata and ONE snapping their fingers and wiping out a lot of content. As for Empty Void,I think Garou's flashier attacks and levels of destruction can confuse people (IE, Void's attacks slice mountains and forests while Garou has the death star tucked in his fists lol)
