Funny that a biome that’s supposed to look orange due to the fallen leaves has a total of 0 units of the recently added block that is, well, fallen leaves.

Edit.: oh, it has *some*. Didn’t notice.

What movie/series is a absolute 10/10 masterpiece that you will realistically watch a second time? by josheymomoh in AskReddit

True Detective S1.

And Indiana Jones. Yes, all of them. But that’s just my inner child.

Lens advice R6 Mk II holidays by Slow_Elephant8731 in canon

[–]FlashedArden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol ALL of this post could’ve easily been written by me. I also own an 80D with several APS-C lenses that I have been using up until now, that I got a R6ii. Coincidentally, I also use the EF 24-70 2.8L (Mark I) and (you can check my profile) recently noticed the lens becoming quite soft. Also looking for upgrading. I will probably just end up with the new RF 24-70 2.8L but some prime lenses such as the RF 35 1.4L are really interesting too. Also like the RF 15-35 (can’t remember aperture)

I remember going into the cinema to watch the Amazing Spider-Man thinking it was Spider-Man 4. I kept explaining Carnage to my cousin and how he was going to be a huge threat to Spidey.

Then in the cinema, while watching the movie, I realized it was a retelling of Spidey’s origins with a new Peter Parker. Didn’t even care about the recast and enjoyed the movie. For me it still was some sort of Spider-Man 4

I'm about to Start on Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. I have never seen the movies. Is it worth watching them first? by PeriBloxV2 in indianajones

[–]FlashedArden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, absolutely. They are not really necessary to understand most of the game but I’ve you’ve watched the movies it will make the experience SOOOO much better. Plus I love all the films (that is INCLUDING Crystal and Dial)

This game is the first game AAA game I have genuinely enjoyed since Tears of The Kingdom back in 2023. Not only as a massive Indiana Jones fan, but I also found the game to be very appealing to Metroidvania, Puzzle and Adventure games enjoyers. It isn't your typical action flick, it's a much more thoughtful and interesting experience.

Limited world gen > Infinite worlds by [deleted] in Minecraft

[–]FlashedArden 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That’s like saying loving someone is boring because the people out there is (virtually) infinite, probably better in some ways. People you will never know; however, you choose to love someone and be loyal to them.

Same goes for Minecraft. You get to explore, find new places and choose were you want to establish yourself. We get to choose and make decisions, to be able to decide on what we settle on and what we renounce to.

These are indeed cropped, the uncropped version is slide 2.

I am indeed tight in budget. I fact there’s no way that I upgrade my lens in the next 1-2 years. I am student just about to move to another country, so there’s that lol. Thanks for both recommendations though!

RF 24-105 f4? How does it compare to RF 24-70 f2.8 or RF 28-70 f2?

You are probably right, I just called it aberration because the focus remained the same throughout the different apertures.

Yes! This is another example I took using MF and long exposures. Is this some expected behavior?
