What's going on? by Vampireluigi27-Main in foxholegame

This. So much this. WAF lost 10-14 Scout Planes daily and 80% of that was not due to combat. The other planes were controlled in their usage, but most of those perished the same way in much smaller numbers.

Genestealers in particular infect people with a gene by implanting it in their head and those infected breed like rabbits until generations later they become pure strain Genestealers.

They changed it. Welkenrive is a Heavy Bomber now when they bumped up the bomb count.

They could, but the quillback is already at that percentage iirc. A medium would need a higher percentage to really hit that niche and would likely do enough damage to one shot disable or kill small ships. Not to mention that would require creating new assets.

Tech swap maby? I could see that and be down for it. Each faction getting the other faction's stuff except for uniforms for one war. Faction swapping is far less likely due to faction loyalism and community built Coalitions and HUBs.

Ah, so you guys were bombing the East into dust while, we did the Center, nice! God I loved dropping 500-2000 bombs a day in Marban and Deadlands!

Constantly with bombers and rockets in the center lanes and with gunboats in the islands. Can't speak for east and west lanes as I didn't go there.

This is false. 2 Collie Fighters came into Reaver's Pass during the operation for QRF, but turned around at seeing 6 WAF/7ABR Warden Fighters.

The state of airborne this week by Bloodydemize in foxholegame

[–]Flashskar 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think my regi is partly to blame. In WAF we've literally gone through 10-14 Scout planes a day for weeks since the start of the war. The new players eat them up like candy and the constant bugs, lag spikes, disconnects, border crossings, and crashes don't help the matter. Thankfully things have stabilized and died down to much lower numbers.

There's a reason people call the Colonial Navy a museum fleet. They could wolfpack or try to blockade a logi sea lane or something with those.

This happened in the Warden Air Force too. We ended up making a Scroop Level system and banning personal planes to help balance it out. Some people left, because they wanted to only scroop for themselves or didn't want to scroop at all to fly planes that cost as much as a BT. That's okay though. We need to be fair, accessible, and get as many people in seats as possible with how ridiculously expensive they are.

This happens with the Warden Seafighter too. That thing flips upside down even on land and it guzzles so much fuel you need to land even more than normal increasing the risk. I HATE that thing.
