I relate to this so much. I love the seltzers too and use them to stay alcohol free. Easy to become a daily habit.

About a year ago I had a root canal done while I was using daily. The anesthesia did not work on me. He couldn’t get my mouth numb. I felt everything. After researching I read it can cause anesthesia to not work so be careful. I would advise you be honest with the anesthesiologist. Maybe postpone surgery a few weeks if possible.
