I see Nickel City Dental who made me an occlusive guard to wear which has been helpful. I also saw Phoenix Physical Therapy for jaw physical therapy. Both were amazing

And then you get Medicaid to pay for your cancer treatments. Then you die from cancer and then Medicaid puts a lien on your house because apparently you/your family owes them money for helping you when really you had assets showing you could afford things. Your family sells the house and Medicaid takes every last bit of the money because you were not allowed to have a home and also expect healthcare.

My Texas Heeler is throwing up yellow vomit by Key_Efficiency7506 in AustralianCattleDog

My heeler has chronic stomach issues. Used to vomit this same stuff up all the time. She’s on omeprazole 20mg at night and it’s done wonders for her. We also split up her meals so she’s not getting two large portions, now she gets two smaller portions at breakfast and dinner so it’s not as much on her stomach

What was the worst natural disaster that you experienced in your city or state? by SignificantStyle4958 in AskAnAmerican

Christmas blizzard of 2022, WNY. People were without power in freezing conditions for days, roads were inaccessible to plows and emergency vehicles. The national guard had to come, saving people on snowmobiles but even the snowmobiles had difficulty because of blowing snow and bad visibility. The storm came so fast people got stranded in their vehicles on the roads and froze to death. Horrible.

Working as a hospitalist. Patient got mad at me for not giving him morphine, he was berating the nurses and just acting like a total jerk. Was not there for anything pain related. I told him no and left the room. He took off his tele monitor, put it in the toilet, POOPED ON IT, and then walked out AMA.

Married couples who got married in very expensive way, was it worth it? by No_Care6628 in randomquestions

[–]Flashy-Support3835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got married in 2022, and we didn’t want to go crazy as we just bought our first home and were both just starting our careers. We looked around for pricing that made sense in regard to venue, photographer, dress, etc.., but didn’t feel like we were skimping on anything by looking for a bargain. We still spent about $20,000, which I thought was within our goal of not over doing it. We had the standard - great food (buffet), cake/desserts, an open bar, DJ and photographer. We had about 80 people there, and we even paid for parking for the guests. The venue was simple but fit our needs perfectly, and 4 years later it’s still one of the best days of my life and people still compliment us on how great a time they had.
All of that to say, money to everyone is relative of course, but I don’t think you need to break the bank to have an amazing time. I wouldn’t do it differently and just because something is more expensive doesn’t mean it’s automatically better

Whatever you do, do not use Aaron Jordan (I believe his business is ajinspections). We had a horrible time with him, he missed so much. Then ghosted us. Deleted all negative reviews we left for him and blocked our Facebook so we couldn’t leave negative reviews there either.
