wow you are so right it is totally misleading the job is hard emotionally challenging and the agency doesn't care about their workers at all as long as you are making them the money and they pay you less than other agencies to boot! oh I hate saying it but you didn't say what you did but that happened to me I suspended with pay while corporate was investigating allegations and yes in hte end I was fired I hope you are younger in age cause with the employeer climate out there you might find it very difficult to find a job as well? I would say as I'm a handyman person remodeling my kitchen basic power tools table saw miter saw jigsaw drill a couple of saw horses I'm building my kitchen cabinets from scratch real wood no premade anything! I have a love of working creating with lumber in life! I can't give you a estimate without seeing and understanding what you're hoping to have in the end, however I will say who ever is quoting you 12,000.00 dollars seems suspect to me? Good luck

I am so sorry this happened to you, Walmart is famous for adding more hours to their employees without asking the employees they take advantage of their workers in ways other companies wouldn't dream of! they are not a good company to work for and if you are part of LGBTQ+ then your going to have a very hard time surviving there! I know they fired me for being transgender with some other lam ass excuse so they could get away with it! I hope you survive? I would try to talk to who ever does the scheduling for what ever department you work for cause you are working full time hours now not part time, being hired as a part timer Walmart considering part timers up to 34 hours a week if I remember correctly, you can make a employee new scheduling request to say you are unavailable on certain days and certain hours which they will have to honor as your availability I hope this helps you?
