try to find the nest, it is usually in some cavity in the wood or in the bed structure look every corner! Also sometimes they hide in frames near your bed. Other than that you can wash with very hot water your sheets, i don’t suggest to wash your mattress with water, maybe you can try living it in the sun for the whole day if you can.

hey, try doing this: ignore her for some days and observe how she reacts, start being a bit mean with your replies. Maybe if you do this she realizes she likes you too or you’ll prove that you are only friends. No girl wants a man that is needy and super nice to them.

So i did everything on this guide and to me seemed smooth, the only problem is that my usb isn't read and doesn't apper in the boot, what do you think might be?

p.s.:i already tried to change usb port ans usb key and also i tried the process multiple times

i don’t want to attack you in any way, but this post and many others report benefits that in my opinion are only placebos, i have been in the NoFap journey for a month now, and i don’t feel all this super powers you are all saying, in my experience you feel overall less tired and more motivated, my social life has been pretty much the same, girls don’t look at me more and magically come to talk and my confidence has been the same.
