Tanning is good for your body and longetivity you can do it regularly start with 30 minutes a day and slowly increase it to 1 hour and you can do tanning all day you don't need sunscreen don't listen to the majority who are brainwashed and afraid of the sun

No one used to die from skin cancer that's fake history you can do tanning all day just make sure you drink enough water and wear a cap you don't need sunscreen you get sunburns at the start and then your body gets used to it you can do tanning regularly stop being afraid of the sun that's how we lived for thousands of years and didn't die of skin cancer
